OFFICE NAVI SINGAPORE specializes in helping you find the perfect office space in Singapore.

In our "Unboxing: Office Trial" column, we share firsthand insights from our members about serviced office in Singapore.

In this article, we’re excited to share our experience at the premium serviced office "CEO SUITE", which was relocated and opened in 2023!

Discover the features and charm of CEO SUITE in this detailed report!

Getting There

Today’s feature is CEO SUITE, a serviced office space located on the 21st floor of Centennial Tower.

Conveniently, it’s only a two-minute walk from Exit B of Promenade MRT station on the Downtown Line.

A Look at Centennial Tower

Centennial Tower stands 37 stories tall, an impressive structure originally designed by renowned architect Kevin Roche in 1997.

In 2015, the building’s facade was redesigned by another Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Thom Mayne, introducing the signature wave-like panels that give it a distinctive look.

The area around Centennial Tower is vibrant, with neighboring office buildings like Millenia Tower and the bustling Suntec City complex nearby, making it a lively spot both on weekdays and weekends.

Let’s head inside!

Arriving at CEO SUITE – Centennial Tower

After checking in at the ground floor reception of Centennial Tower, visitors receive an access card to proceed to the 21st floor. (Pictured below)

A quick swipe at the gate, an elevator ride up, and you arrive at CEO SUITE.

The entire floor is dedicated to this space, and the entrance features an elegant touch with greenery flanking both sides, creating a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere.

One unique point at CEO SUITE is the absence of branded signage at the entrance—an intentional choice to provide tenants with a sense of having their own exclusive space.

This thoughtful detail contributes to the ambiance, almost making you feel like you’re stepping into a company’s private office rather than a shared workspace.

Overview of CEO SUITE

Founded in 1997, CEO SUITE offers premium shared offices with high-quality facilities.

With over 26 years in the industry, CEO SUITE operates across eight Asian countries and eleven cities, including Singapore, Korea, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand.

Members who travel can use the shared spaces at other CEO SUITE locations as well—perfect for regional business trips.

A Unique, Private Office Feel

CEO SUITE is designed to make visitors feel as if they’re entering a dedicated office space rather than a shared one.

The absence of logos and corporate signs in private office areas reinforces this personal atmosphere.

Spaces Focused on Privacy

While many serviced offices combine lounges and hot desk areas, CEO SUITE offers a separate hot desk area.

This setup aligns with the needs of tenants who primarily use private offices, leaving the shared lounge for quick meetings, breaks, or meals.

Consequently, the lounge remains quiet and peaceful most of the day, particularly outside lunch hours.

Exploring the Space: CEO SUITE – Centennial Tower

Now, let’s dive into the specifics, based on our experience there.

Shared Lounge

The lounge is a spacious, well-lit area with sofas, tables, and ample seating that doesn’t overcrowd the space, creating a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

he furnishings are more for resting or short discussions rather than extensive work, ensuring a high-quality lounge experience.

On our visit, I noticed a few groups holding meetings, and I felt more like I was in a corporate office than a shared workspace.

Toward the back of the lounge, seats offer a view of Marina Bay and Singapore’s CBD skyline—ideal for a quick break with a great view, along with power outlets nearby for a bit of work.

Reception

Right by the entrance is the reception area.

The reception staff are familiar with each tenant, offering efficient and personalized service, which is reassuring for both visitors and members.

Pantry

Adjacent to the lounge is the main pantry. It may not be large, but it’s carefully designed with thoughtful details, like the “warm cups” stored in a heating compartment—a rare feature in shared offices that adds a touch of hospitality.

Room-temperature glasses and mugs are centrally stored, and there’s a selection of lemon water, instant noodles, and snacks (the latter two for a fee).

Simply tap your access card at the tablet to charge these purchases—a convenient system.

Private Offices

We had the chance to experience working from their private office, complete with a window view, which made for a pleasant workspace.

The glass facing the hallway has been frosted to maintain privacy, a practical feature for companies handling sensitive information.

This added privacy sets CEO SUITE apart from some shared offices that use clear glass for a more open look.

Through the window, there’s a scenic view of Singapore’s National Stadium and Kallang River, offering a different atmosphere from the usual CBD high-rises.

Each private office even includes a wireless charging spot on the desk—a first for me in a serviced office!

This touch kept the desk tidy and helped me stay charged while taking photos around the space.

Dedicated Desks

CEO SUITE’s focus on private offices means that dedicated desks are less common and often unoccupied.

However, tenants with private offices are welcome to use this space as well.

Phone Booth

The area also includes phone booths for private calls, available anytime without reservations.

Meeting Room

CEO SUITE’s largest meeting room impresses with a full-wall screen that accommodates diverse meeting setups.

Next to the entrance, a display panel shows the room’s availability and, if registered, displays the meeting name and guests’ company name for a professional touch.

CEO SUITE’s commitment to incorporating new technology is evident in features like this and the wireless charging options throughout.
